Individuals with an F1 visa are permitted to pursue education in the United States across a range of academic levels, spanning from elementary school to graduate school. In addition, students are permitted to work in some circumstances; nonetheless, their primary purpose for going to the US is to pursue their studies. If the individuals have dependents, such as a spouse or unmarried children under the age of 21, they are also permitted to bring them to the United States. An F2 dependent visa may facilitate this process. The F2 visa is contingent upon the circumstances of the F1 visa holder. There is no limit or restriction on the number of dependents who may apply for the visa. They only need to meet the criteria and follow the application processes to get the visa.
